CreatingART is the brainchild of founder Emily Cooling, and is committed to creating a unique environment where adults, children and everybody in between can learn new ways to express themselves and experiment with arts and crafts techniques ranging from the very basic to the truly complex and exotic. The workshops, classes and events we put on help participants at all stages in their life and at all levels of ability learn creatively, build self-confidence and self-esteem, and gain skills that are both practical and artistic. At CreatingART, we have created, planned and delivered workshops, projects team building exercises, special events and installations for schools, SEN and disability centres, youth organisations, hospitals, residential facilities, retirement and care homes, and a wide variety of other community settings both at home in Oxfordshire and throughout the UK. We love working with local organisations around Oxford including Blenheim Palace, Oxford Botanic Gardens, Cowley Road Carnival, Winchester Hat Fair, and the Henley Youth Festival (HYF) as well as with national organisations such as the BBC, V & A Museum, Hampton Court, Thames Festival, Kinetika, Arts Desire, Childrens University and The Big Weave. We’d also love to put something truly special together just for you!
